WHO WE ARE
Fencing is an Olympic sport with three disciplines i.e. Foil, Epee & Sabre. The Kenya Fencing Federation; an affiliate of National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K), International Fencing Federation (FIE) African Fencing Confederation (CAE) and Commonwealth Fencing Federation (CFF). It is the only body with mandate to govern the sport of fencing in Kenya.
The federation manages national tournaments, county fencing associations, schools and clubs fencing. Since its establishment in 2019, the federation's endeavor has been to promote the sport of fencing where fencers practice and excel in clean sport to realize a fencing community of true sportsmanship which grows both culturally and socially.
On our road map, the federation's core activities are aimed at promoting and developing Fencing in Kenya and to tighten ties of friendships which unite fencers all over the world by nurturing and improving fencing in every aspect.
The federation is blending fencing sport with culture, education & Olympism and seeks to create a way of life based on the joy of effort, the educational values of good fencing practices, social responsibility and respect for universal fundamental ethical principles.

To become the leading Fencing Federation in Africa that governs fencing sport professionally, ethically and contribute to the world of fencing by producing world class fencers and fencing infrastructure.
